"Brand new 2 bedroom apartment located in the very centre of the old city of Barcelona, 1 minute walk to “Las Ramblas” and within just minutes from all major tourist attraction in the old city. It is also very near to the old port of Barcelona (5 minutes walk) and the “Barceloneta” neighbourhood. The Maremagnum, Palau Guell and the Museo Maritimo are all within few minutes walk. The building is brand new building (renovated completely in 2008) of great quality. The street is a quiet street and there is no cars traffic in it. The building has 5 floors and there is an elevator. The apartment is very stylish and has been recently equipped and decorated. It has 1 large double bedroom with a double bed, another double bedroom with 2 single beds, large bathroom with shower and a living room with a double sofa-bed. The kitchen is completely equipped and is opened to the living room.The apartment is fully equipped and includes a part from linens and towels: washing machine, flat TV + DVD + cable TV, central air condition and heat, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave and all kitchen utensils. Wi-Fi Internet connection is also available with no extra charge.
